Saas-Fee is a village of mountain guides, and this house has always been led like a rope team on the glacier: every hand tied to the next, every step taken together. In the Valais that gave the world César Ritz, hospitality is not a profession — it is an inheritance.

Through more than 140 years — through the golden age, through the fire of 1976, through rebirth after rebirth — one thing has never changed: the guest at the centre, and the mountains above all.
